Spy Zone will ship the items with in 2 to 4 business days after receipt of the payment unless notified about the availability of the purchased items. All sales are final.

Return Policy

* Buyer must notify us within 3 days of receiving an item, Items returned will be tested by our staff:
1) If Found defective- Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately.
2) If found not defective- Item will be sent back to buyer. Please do not ship the item back to us without our confirmation. Items returned without our confirmation may be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
* Items returned must be in new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals & accessories.
* Please note: Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in their eBay/PayPal or spy zone account.
